Our Services
At Clear Choice Eyecare we provide comprehensive eye care services and invite you to visit our practice to experience the expertise and service you deserve. Upon your arrival, we will ask you to complete a form. This paperwork will allow the optometrist to review any current vision problems, general health, and lifestyle requirements to better tailor the examination to fit your needs.
Your exam will include a refraction, glaucoma test, a cataract and macular evaluation, computerized visual analysis, and may also help detect warning signs of retinal holes or tears, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and more. A complete eye exam involves a series of tests designed to evaluate your vision and check for eye diseases. The doctor will use instruments, bright lights and request that you look through an array of lenses.

Our Forms
Online Intake Check-in: Prior to your appointment, you can now complete the necessary registration paperwork (Medical History Form and Notice of Privacy Practices) ahead of time and from the comfort of your own home. This will ensure less touch within the office and a more expedited visit with us. Please fill out the forms and email them to info@clearchoice4eyecare.com or fill out, print the forms, and bring them to the office on the day of your appointment.

Meet The Optometrist
Dr. Sandra D. Ojeda received her Doctor of Optometry degree in May 2009 and her Bachelor of Science degree in May 2006, both from Salus University located in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors in her clinical studies. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in August 2003 from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she was awarded the Dean’s List for 2001-2002.
Dr. Ojeda has extensive clinical experience, including primary and emergency eye care on a generalized population with a strong emphasis on contact lens management and ocular diseases. She has worked closely with optometrists and ophthalmologists treating patients with glaucoma and co-managing pre and post-operative patients for Lasik and Cataract procedures. She began her career in private practice and then at the Vision Center in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. She resides in Upper Pottsgrove with her husband, Carlos, and their three children.
